I want to get good Spark Plugs when putting in my SC..i have been recomended the Denso Iridium, but what is confusing, is that in this other forum thread it states to use the Ik24, but when i search it eighther tells me the IK20, or Ik22..So some recomendations would greatly be appreciated..below are some links i found..

Oh btw i have a 2008 tC, thats going to have the NST 9.5psi pulley, Weapon R 07-08 TRD SC intake and the AEM Fuel & Ignition Controller (F/IC )

yeah the trd ones are fine or you can get NGK iridium 9 step 1 colder

I've heard a lot of good things about the NGK Iridiums. BKR7EIX is the IK22 equivalent. 1 step colder than stock NA plugs.

Yes, IK22 is correct for the SC.

NO! Don't get the BKR6EIX-11 plugs. They are stock heat range for NA, 1 step hotter than SC plugs and are gapped at .044". You want the .032" gapped BKR7EIX or IK22 for SC app. IK24 or BKR8 would be 2 steps colder than stock NA.

would going 2steps colder then stock n/a plugs be ideal for a modded s/c setup? or would the trd suplied 1step colder plugs be ok?

I'm two steps colder than stock SC plugs with 9.5 pulley.

I just bought BKR8's. I don't plan on installing my S/C for another month or so. Is it ok to put the new plugs in now, or should I just wait?

You can go one step colder or even 2 step since you're running the 9.5 pulley.

at what point should you go 2 steps colder?? this question isn't specific for superchargers either. this goes for turbos as well

Are those the ones supplied with the SC kit? if so yes you can run those, but might not last as long as a 2 step plug, could be wrong thou, always do your research before settling on something, I asked Dezod about the NGK's here: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=178657 , read post #8.

anyone have a good link for the spark plugs? i cant find them, and also does anyone know of a good parts store to get replacement parts for the s/c?
