best turbo for A/T
I really dont have the time to read that entire thread.
I did do a SEARCH.
But my GF has just gotten a 2010 A/T TC and she is about to come into some money from a settlement and wants to turbo her car.
So wanted to know which were out there. All i can find is stuff from 2006 and thats not helping me at all.
The car at this time is BONE STOCK!! So for those that love to tell others what to mod let me have it. From intake to exhaust.. Thanks.

for her 2010 any 07+ turbo kit that is made for an auto will work
this goes for engine management too
i would suggest a dezod s1 kit for the auto, its great pricing, easy installation and simplicity is key http://www.dezod.com/pd-dezod-s1-scion.cfm (select auto trans, and years 07-09)
now for 1g more you can get IMO the top of the line turbo kit , easy bolt on installation, easily upgradable smoking nice looks and great hp numbers on lower boost i reccomend PTUNING http://www.ptuning.com/html/Item-Des...E&ModelDesc=tC

and if u wanted to buy a used kit its hard to come around a auto kit,
auto kits are different because the intercooler pipe that goes to the throttle body is routed differently in order to fit around the tranny dipstick, also the harness for the enginemanagements are different since the ecu is different

Most kits will fit but you have to bend the tranny dip and cut the bracket that holds the lines in the front of the transmission.
Ptuning, Dezod, and Descendant make auto kits. Dezod being the cheapest and most simple, also includes a transmission cooler.

yeah harness is the same I'm almost positive. I know i didn't use a different one for my kit, on my A/T turbo tC.
Mythstery- Turboing an Auto tC is at the very least an adventure. I recommend against it unless your in for the long haul. I mean long haul. I've just about near the end of my transmission, and I'm getting it rebuilt for a good price, and its still a lot. So if this is something that you guys have messed with before, or your REALLY good with cars, I'
d take some more thought time before messing with it.
An a side note-Greddy kit does fit with some "work". several other kits are the same way
