Default Blueish..whitish smoke...

Coming out my exhaust every now and then. I haven't noticed that it does it at certain times...kinda random...any ideas? Oh yeah...it just started...well, that i notice

Dezod stage one...AEM F/IC 9.5PSI...

^^ All new S1's come with Innovative Turbine's from what I know. He might have an older S1 kit?

just to be safe, before you automatically jump to a blown turbo, do a compression test. i had a cracked ring landing and it was pressurizing the oil pan, not allowing the turbo to drain and oil was pushing passed the seals on the turbo, making it seem blown, but it wasn't.

Our kits have not had turbonetics turbos in about 1 year, if not more.

bluish smoke then whitish? do they come together? keep more close watch of the white one.. any egt gauge?

what turbo are you running?

Start problem solving. Compression, remove turbo to check for oil, then go from there.

If its the older kits that came with turbonetics I put my money on that. If its a newer kit then you may have other problems.

Well...i kinda narrowed it down..it seems to only do it when I give initial throttle. Like leaving from a red light or stop sign...even then it only does it sometimes...it's weird. If something is wrong with the turbo already...I'm going to fix it and there is another kit for sale here on SL...

I just know I have only had it for maybe 2 months and it's the Dezod/Force Fed concepts kit...

hmm like the t3/t4, not ballbearing? im just wondering how your oil pressure is running if it is high or if your running an oil restrictor

Yeah i think it says on Dezod.com it's a t3/t4...not ball bearing...I don't have an Oil Pressure gauge unfortunately but my oil pressure light on the dash has never came on ever.

if you run too much pressure on turbo it could break the seals, the oil pressure light comes on when the pressure is low.. but non ballbearing prolly not an oil feed pressure issue
