Default Boost Controller help

ok I have a HKS EVC IV and everything seem to be hooked up right and I did the learning mode correct.
I set up my boost at min .38bar (5.5psi) for the low and .70 bar (10.15psi)
base on the boost gauge on low it reads 5psi and on high only reads 6psi
on the boost controller it reads .38 bar on low and .39 on high which is 5.6psi...

what could be wrong?

oh yeah I have an external wastegate but i ran it as an internal. the tuner guy told me since im boost low it should b fine.

any comments or suggestion would be helpful thanks

Sell your boost controller. Buy the Dezod partial throttle EMS and a $10.00 mbc and leave it at 10psi then get it tuned.

Get a manual boost controller.
