This will limit the max boost you make and slow spool down only slightly.
well the turbo doesnt even have 100 miles on it. but idk why it would do that and i got mad at the situation and since i always wanted to be external wastegate i went out and bought the 38mm flange and bought a dump tube and a tial wastegate and will have my shop weld to internal on shut. but thanks for the info appreciate it alot

If I had some time I would not mind trying to help. Where in Phoenix are you??
yeah i looked it up and thats what it said but that still doesnt make sense it says 100whp plus they only made 206whp on 5psi and 226ibs trq. i do have the profec b spec 2

i am in north phoenix and i work at camelback toyota on 16thst

Well if you were only on 5 psi, with a 2.25 inch exhaust, 06 engine, and if it was over 100 degrees out then I would say 206 whp would be right on the money. Are you on FIC or E-manage??

I hope not! ...for your sake. Those 440s are too small for 300+ whp. It sounds to me like you have all the pieces for a decent <250whp setup but for 300+ you'll need bigger injectors and I doubt your 2.5/2.25" exhaust will be sufficient either.

I must have missed the part where you meant to say you were adding 1000cc injectors but didn't. I guess you're planning to run e85? You'll probably want to get a return fuel system and a new pump too.

With over 600cc injectors you NEED a fuel pump. Basically anything over 300 on e85, you need a fuel pump

I would Check your Clutch, I have THE EXACT SAME problem, I have the greddy kit, with 550cc injectors + a turbosmart Evo BOV, 2 step colder plugs (which you should get also), I have a 2.5 exhaust with magnaflow High flow cat and a 22" resonator in the midpipe and an Injen rear section, all this tuned by an AEM FIC, and after 3 days of worthless tunning I only got up to 222whp and 214tq.

Having wasted time+money The *special* tuner found out that my car had a bad clutch... -.-* so I got a New clutch, Im trying to get an Greddy Profec B Spec I and I'm still wondering If i should go with a new 3" midpipe...

Watchu guys think? I want to have everything ready for 300whp

I talked to some guys here, and even they're programs didn't help me much... still I'll give the setup another go, once its ready!

but he said he hits 7 first and then drops to 5. I'd first check the turbo housing, if that checks out. I'd weld the internal wastegate shut and just do external. I've never liked internal wastegates.

Yup mine does that too, hits a 7.5-8psi PEAK then holds out at 5.6 - 6psi, as I've heard this is common with internal wastegates... All I know is that my car was soooo F@w*ing slow before the clutch install, and after that I felt like superman ripping 370's, 350's, 07 'stang GT's and all that before some douche hit me when he ran a red light... it was a good 2 weeks
