okay clocking the turbo down the compressor hits teh tranny. you have to rout it the way i posted it.

You won't be able to tell a difference in power untill you're over 400hp. evo's and sti's run 2 inch hot pipes.

the oil drain isn't as low as it looks i'm not blowing any smoke. worse comes to worse i'll fix it

the oil pan takes a magnets it's steel.

drop me any questions you like about this kit. todd or myself will answer them. internet is back up at my place now so i'll be alot more active. expect dyno sheets soon!

so your sayin that its beneficial to have 2 inch piping going to the IC and 2.5 coming out of it?

Actualy perfect scenario would be to have 2" hot side and 3" cold side, especially with a really good intercooler core.

But yes 2" hot and 2.5" cold is beneficial.

The 2.1 hot side pipes do fit, but not with the stock fans. I could have done it like that so that the piping ran down, but then you would not retain the factory fans and have to run slimlines in a push configuration.

The whole idea of the SIMPLE kit was for it to be SIMPLE and not have allot of options, changes to the car etc, etc.

If you want that stuff thats what the 2.1 is for

Todd

The BASIK came out of trying to come up with a better manifold than a log that worked with the stock fans.

It worked way better than we expected. But it was just me trying to do too much so I decided to just offer the 2.1, and the SIMPLES for the TC.

The BASIK for the xB, the Corrola, and Matrix work with the factory fans so I kept the name for those applications.

In your case, for the xB's all the chargepiping is the same. So your piping is the same, but you have a 2.1 manifold and custom downpipe.

So you can call it what you want. Its more along the lines of a custom xB kit, especially with all your other stuff

That help?

Hope so.

Regards-

Todd
