Mine was leaking at the flange with the three allen bolts. Either way you've got a problem. I will say that my new S/C sounds a lot different, the mine is much more apparent (louder). Maybe I'll sell you mine cheep as a backup for yours

Do you get to keep your old blower? Install is free under warranty right?

Well add me to this list of having both problems at once. I'm getting ready to order a new bracket and I don't really know what I'm going to do about the leak, I'll keep everyone updated.

Nope, and you know with everything I've done there's no chance of a warranty fix. I'm going to order a new bracket and get it on. If the leak doesn't stop I'll either:
A.Get it rebuilt
B.Go back to stock or
C.Go turbo

When I first cleaned it up I thought the leak was horrible but I just went back and looked and it wasn't THAT bad. It seemed to be old oil as well so I'll put the bracket on there and see if it continues.

Yeah, hopefully I'll get this bracket on and no more oil, but we'll just have to see.

Got tha tc back today...New blower and bracket...Something interesting...TRD supposedly told them that they needed to put shims? That not all of engines are exactly the same, so some of them needed shims...Opinions?

They're most likely talking about s/c pulley shims, it's in the book. However, I put my new bracket on tonight and figured out that you need to put a shim on the bracket where it attaches to the s/c (the very front bolt). This made my bracket line up perfectly so if anybody else replaces their s/c bracket or gets their dealer to they might do it or tell them to check it. If anybody really needs it I can try and take a picture sometime.

It is not the s/c pulley. Service tech called and said we did something different this time. When they were installing the s/c it was not lining up. They placed a call to TRD, guy says good that you call you need to put shims. They are attached to the bracket, in the very front bolt and where the cracked happened (I could not see that one since it was dark)

I only put one on the front bolt that attaches the bracket to the s/c though, not on the tranny side of the bracket, with the shim I put on the front bolt attaching it to the s/c the tranny side seemed to line up good though so we'll see.
