Ill get some pics I have the part at work right now cause was having my friend in the machine shop working on it. But on the supercharger shaft housing it has the flange at the end and it looks like a separate part thats attached to it.

oh ok i get you, i'd say get a new one made at a machine shop and weld it on. You can run without that part for a while if you need to, just keeps things from getting caught in the shaft while its spinning, ie. fingers, toes, etc lol

couldn't you wrap it in bubble wrap and send it in one of those tube shippers?

no, the purpose of that whole shaft cover is to keep your fingers and objects from touching the rotating shaft.

i wonder how the flip that happened in the first place though?

I was just told it has a slight leak from the pully and blower side of the shaft I found the bearing is shot on the pully side and the shaft housing was chipped on the blower side were it looks like it could leak oil from.

If the bearings were bad on the pulley side, make sure your housing and shaft were not worn. If the shaft is worn even 0.5mm the new bearings you put on there will be toast in a matter of months. Have your buddy at the machine shop check it out, the inside diameter of the bearings is 25mm he should be able to check if the shaft is within tolerance.
