Default burning oil still. Dezod Turbo Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got my car back today and it still smokes. Its definitely oil burning. The turbo was sent to comp turbo who checked it and replaced the seals. The engine was just checked out and piston rings were replaced. Valve seals were checked and they are good. head gasket and all bearings and hardware were replaced. Yet another compression test was done and it was dead on. Its not blow by either. I am at my wits end with this damn car. My mechanic said the only thing he could think is its the compressor side of the the turbo and oil is going directly into the exhaust or i need an oil restrictor. Has anyone needed a restrictor with their dezod turbo? Any ideas?

B4 you condemn the turbo take the turbo off and check for oil in the turbine housing and the compressor housing. Also what kind of smoke??? Black or white? Also check for shaft play In and out is bad side to side isnt.

if its already blown then you will still burn oil, an oil restrictor will help if the seals are still good. But how much oil pressure do you usually have? if high oil pressure is not your real problem then its still gonna burn oil. Im curious how your oil pan was tapped and how well your oil return line is draining

its always good to run a restrictor. Hell, i've got four of them, i keep getting one every time i sent the turbo off for repair.

The problem is with the turbo but isnt the turbo lol, vent the oil return line that will fix it. I also have comp turbo triple b b and smoke was a issue too. Its piston ring design is very touchy alil drop of oil will create a smoke storm, and the problem is our oil pans are 100% full of oil the whole time so its hard to drain the oil back into the pan so it backs up into the exhaust side of turbo. They also have a restrictor built in on comp turbos so if u add one could damage it. So what u need to do is on the down side of the oil return add a T and run a tube up to your firewall with a lil filter on it. Any more questions on doing that the guys at comp can run u threw it better.

My brothers turbo was a little smokey even after it was replaced. We put a check valve on the rear pcv to keep boost from entering the crank-case. Smoke is pretty much all gone now, I'll throw up some pics and part numbers later today cost like $15.
