Getting stung by a p#ssy like that and having your manly part swell up is a common case of the clap.

ive check all the lines and couplers and pipes
i dont see a leak anywhere
everything is really tight
im starting to think my wastegate spring is broken or damaged, and the wastegate is opening early
its not as loud, but there is that open dump sound coming out around 5-6 lbs of boost instead of 8.

I would say to just take your waste gate apart, go from there and narrow your options down

Best way to check if the spring is broken is to remove the wastegate and gasket, put a piece of card board where the gasket should be (or anything that you can sandwich between the wastegate and manifold), bolt the wastegate back down and punch the gas... If you still here something like a wastegate opening up u definitely have an exhaust leak. If you dont hear anything and the car makes more boost then the wastegate spring is busted... Be very careful when doing this and keep your eye on the boost guage. We dont want and broken engines.

I would change all those gaskets to cometic mls gaskets and turbonetics turbo gaskets and be done with it... Should be less the $100 in parts and youll never have this problem again.

check out summit. i just ordered a WG gasket from there, great quality, all copper with a raised copper fire ring, i think i payed like 10 or 12 shipped. its listed as a 1.5 inch gasket or something of the sort, but it fits our 38mm WG's perfect.
