Default cant take it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

alright who can help me with this i have been searching and searching for a zpi manifold or a "log style manifold" my manifold keeps cracking and cracking. its really ticking me off. dont mean to sound rude. i just cant stand it when i want to get it tuned and ready for college. i go to wyotech in septemeber and i dont want my tc running rich like it is right now but with the crack in the manifold its only going to cause issues with the back pressure and tunning. anyone able to help me or give me some sugestions? thanks chris

Check the classifieds. Do you have a stage 0 or stage 1?? If you have a stage zero maybe get a dezod mani, tt mani, or treadstone mani and have a shop re-work your current downpipe.

Id say PM VulcanTurbo. Or visit there website www.vulcanturbo.com

PM TurboToyotas to see if he has any ZPI mani laying around.

Or check out the classifieds. Like i mentioned earlier. You could also see how much it would cost for a shop to make you one locally.

Cracking manifolds suck!

I'm on my second dezod and it is toast again!

Both leaked where the mani attaches to the block and now my current one is even cracked at a weld.

Those all have different flanges.

Secondly, if you don't have the center cut in the flange, then yes you will experience cracks ever so often. Get your ZPI manifold cut down the center on the flange, not all the way through (PM me for pics and illustrations), and it will keep it from cracking. Depending on how the welds are now, it's hard to tell how long it will last since you said it's been re-welded so many times. It probably is weaker now. But should have been researching before you kept having some re-welded, cause this was discussed a LONG time ago.

That looks like the water to air intercooler that ScionDad had a long time ago. That could be an excellent setup if you were looking for good power and good response.
