Indeed it is! I'm just feeling the need of a sport luxury car these days. The 135i is definitely on the top of the list. We will see though, the Dow taking a nose plunge has not helped me out lately.

I can't afford the ZR1 .

And I'll get better gas mileage in a Vette than I will in a turbo tC.

I can't wait. Low 12's in the 1/4, high 20 mpg...Mmmm

That all depends on the turbo tc tune ^^

Well, unless the turbo gets BETTER mpg than a stock tC, the Vette will get better. Most people get 32-35 MPG on the highway in Vette's. Whether you're driving a Prius or a Vette, you only USE the power needed to keep the car moving. The Vette has loads of low RPM torque and is very aerodynamic, which results in effortless highway cruising.

I got 31MPG over a 1200 mile long road trip to VIR the other weekend in my tC, I wouldn't be surprised if I were to get 34mpg in a Vette over that same trip.

I hadn't taken the aerodynamics into consideration, lol.

hmm.. now that I think about it... It is possible to run it pretty lean while crusing in low load, but that would require the cooling system to be top notch, and lots of tuning time. Oh and pretty much never going on boost to save gas, lmao.

Yea, I think its better to just get an efficient car ^^

Hahaha, I'll never sacrifice speed and power for fuel economy. If a 400hp Vette is getting 30mpg on the highway, that iQ better get atleast 250mpg with it's puny little 110hp engine to interest me.

*drool*

I can't wait until I can cruise on the highway at under 2000 RPM and do 50mph in first gear.

I think all it takes for it to be tipped over, is to be hit by a tricycle =p

Not going to get even close to 20mpg if your driving the 1/4. My dads impala ss gets better mpg than me on the highway but get on it and the gauge dips 3x faster than in my tc.

Obviously, I wasn't trying to say that it gets 20 mpg at the track. I was saying it's capable of both. NO sports car gets good gas mileage while you're on it.

The c6 vette is hott. One of my friends drives one. I don't know what is hotter, her, the vette, or her IN the vette. LOL

I can't do American muscle, I'm a 5'6 145lb asian guy, I don't look right in them. LOL I'll stick with a 335 or 135. No g or a here for me. Everyone and their mom has one.

I get mid high 20's mpg now.
I wouldn't doubt it, I've heard of a lot of people getting good MPGs after the turbo, but it still doesn't make up for the fact that the tC is Wrong Wheel Drive.

Still have no clue what this damn sound is. Gonna pull off the bumper and tails tomorrow when it's not raining and gut the trunk to see if I can find anything. I've completely eliminated the exhaust as the problem, the rear sway is still in place (endlinks and bushings).

Turbo 'should' go on next weekend. I might take off Halloween to do my install. Assuming I get everything in time. Placed the order for the parts on Friday, and my order is still 'processing', so I'm not going to bother with this weekend.
