im not 100% convinced that the resister did anything but that one cel never came back after it. so maybe it did

I was getting some lean readings befor that whole mess, i just know that i was getting good reading until i started messing with my boost settings on my mbc

the crankshaft position code? yeah that what that resistor is for, you need it.. But messing with the boost controller like turning up the boost? just add fuel on the map you might need it coz you increased your boost.. if you have a laptop datalog

i suspect the engine twisting is what made the leak happen

And where is your ignition at from 8-12 psi?

you can go 12 on low rpms 2.5 to 3.5k then make it sweep to 11.5 afr

And get a laptop already and do unlimited street tuning!
How about 11.5-11.8AFR??? lol

I'll just stick with 11.5 ^^

As far as timing. I think i'm at about 15degrees at 8-12psi.

alrigh jon here is what iv done, give me some ideas how to fix some of the lean conditions.

i cleaned my maf
tightend the clampes on my intake pipe (one that clampes the tube to the turbo was pretty lose)
my exhoust is leak free (replaced the doughnut gasket)
cleared all codes (only one i had this time is p0171)
reloaded your newest map

started up just fine this time idled at 1500rpm for about a minute and afr wher rich (as expected).
warmed up and rpms went back to normal (700-750rpm) but afr went to 16 and stayed ther consistently.
on light excel gears 1-3 will lean out after hitting 2500rpms roughly 16afr.

ill have to wait till next weekend to use my cousins laptop again, so if anyone got some suggestions on what to look at and concentrait on im all ears.

O2 sensors are on tight?

No leak around wideband?

All vacuum hoses are fine?

Don't know what else to say, lol.

Once you get used to 10-12lbs and you try to go back down to 6lbs to drive normal for a couple of days. Lets just say i would put the boost controller back on as soon as 3 hours later.. lol

11.5-11.8 is where im aiming im 70% completed on that, on the summer all i need is to increase enrichment on the coolant and air temp trim to make it 11.5..

15 degrees might be too conservative espcially at 7-10 psi, you may need to advance that to get more power like jon's numbers.. im 17 at 8 psi right now, i cant wait to get back to town and dyno tune

you mentioned an exhaust leak on you donut gasket, is that on you downpipe to spipe connection? if the leak is a good amount that will surely give you a lean reading, i've had it and thought it wasnt a big deal until had it fixed and run really rich
