I know its a P0037 code.
About 3 months ago I had an issue withthe cat being clogged. didn't know it was that, ended up having dealer change O2 based on there advice(big mistake...there goes $280)
Bought two weeks later started having issues, jack______ left the wires twisted, so the eventually frayed and shorted. I'm thinking this has just reared its ugly head again.
Hope so at least, otherwise I'll be buying two o2 sensors...

sounds like the secondary o2 sensor may be damaged, connectors corroded, too far out of the exhaust stream, or exhaust leak. its my understanding that the e-ultimate doesnt have anything to do with any of the o2 sensors so i assume nothing should be spliced or taping into the o2 wires.
The EMU has nothing at all to do with the O2 sensors, so any codes you are getting are independent of the EMU. I can assure you this. I have been down this road. Typically that's a damaged sensor, or a sensor that is spaced too far out of the exhaust stream. Do you have an anti-fouler on that sensor to prevent a CAT Failure code?

Well I had a sensor a while ago.
Turns out one of the wires was damaged at some point. Not sure why...but I do believe that is all it is. I just soldered it up, now I'm resetting ECU and gonna try again.
Wish I had a camera to take a pic of it. Dealer installed this last one, and all the wires were bunched and placed oddly...

YEah pretty close. Mine actually separated. Nothing solder and tape can't fix though...
Now for the bad news....car is still stalling out at idle sometimes!!!
Could it be the first O2 going out?
I really need to know, I'm going to try and get one tomorrow(there goes $150+)
Partial throttle and acceleration is ok. Open loop is of course ok.
deceleration is crazy and returning to idle is ____ty...
