As a heads up everyone. I did remove the FIC harness and let started the car on the stock ECU and 700cc injectors, still very lean.

Swapped the 02 sensor, still same issue. I pulled the injectors. The harness has a little orange gasket? That was messed up. Not quite sure what else is. the fuel rail had a bunch of fuel. I am looking for gaskets at local stores and I am going replace them.

Thats odd... with just the stock ecu... and those injectors you should be running rich at idle, if i'm not mistake...

Just throwing this in the mix... Are the injectors similar impedance to the stock injectors?

Double check on the air leaks as well... I'd say triple check... I swore up and down I didn't have an air leak when I was boosted... After rigorous checking... turns out I did, lol.

sounds like that is your problem. contact the stealership or find a junkyard with the engine.

harbor freight has a set of metric size o-rings that work (big red case with a crap ton of different sizes for the price youll pay at the dealer for 4 o-rings)

Ok, so I did apparently have an extra grommet thing at my house. I put it on and car runs great. I put seafoam in the fuel rail to send through the injectors to clean them. I still have a slight bit of of vac oscillation but it is very minor about 19in/hg down to like 16in/hg. I went back to my vac source on the throttle body. My cel went away(Had one from when I installed the kit, I thought it was from no cat). I plan on cleaning my TB and my MAF sensor too. My map is good in boost but takes a bit of time to start(Warm starts). I might swap my 02 sensor for the extra one I have here. The plugs have a tiny bit of what appeared to be carbon build up? Car pulls hard, I don't trust it enough to drive to New York just yet. Here is something crazy, the tps was fine 0% at idle and I believe 100% at f/t, but I figured I would calibrate it to see if it would help. The thing went back to 200% idle and 1500% and f/t. Wtf?

all that was caused by a missing or not sealed grommet

Nope not with either one. Just had a steady one, I had dashcommand on my iPod before it got stolen, you could check the codes and such with it.

weird maybe you were getting enough fuel to ignite in the cylinder.
