I would suggest to check the following:

1. clutch free pedal free play
2. bleed the clutch system
3. you have to remove your transmission to find the actual issue if 1 &2 doesn't work. It sounds like a throwout bearing the OEM or aftermarket ones for the tC's aren't the best. They are not sealed completely.

did you re-use your stock TOB or did you use the one that came with the kit? also try using mt-90 from redline thats what i used and it helped for me. my 4th was always a _____ now its not so bad. try that. worth a try and cheap also.

sounds like what blackknight said...same thing happened to me last month...my tob was shot. first though adjust your freeplay and release point to within spec then if that doesnt fix it bleed lines. if problem is still there drop that hoe

Just use OEM TOB even though its not the best the design its still usually better quality than aftermarket ones. Go ACT for the clutch you wont regret it.

Or sell that's clutch and get a better one. Or do the tob swap. I think I am the only one with a stage 4 with no problems yet ;;knock on wood!;;

No man gets the highest you can. Think in advance. Better off getting one that holds the most you never know.
