Well, the highly modified nature of the car is already "probable cause" for the police.
Really ? - the cops down there actually make a distinction between show cars and street racer???!!!! Up here, the cops start following you around if your muffler looks big or sounds loud.
Oh, never come to Fremont CA. Ofc Rosetti hates cars with modifications. Even other cops hate him.
