or ill just use a worm clamp and put a metal sheet under the worm piece so it dones't slice up the silicone.

hmmm....well, I have 2 extra t-bolt clams, and I just measured them, and the diameter is just over 2.5 inches, but they are deffintley smaller then the ones I have on my IC pipes...which are 2.5 inch pipes. But you can give them a shot. Wish I would have thought about it and brought them last night!

did you get the idea from what I told you today with the paint scraper blades? or can I not take any credit for helping you out at all?

hahah well, i went out and bought paint scraper blades and they did absolutely nothing, too thick

so i looked at yours and noticed that the gasket silicone is just that. silicone. you can cut through silicone so i grabbed the razors i had and BAM.

yes, right on my head.

that's great!
Anyway, after you get installed and everything, and start tuning, I thought this would help:
http://forum.aempower.com/forum/inde...c,17194.0.html
If you installe the "Log" portion of the AEM EMS software, you can import the AEM F/IC logs. I haven't tried it yet, but it has to be better then importing them into Excell, cause the text file is useless!

No...you run the F/IC sofware on a laptop plugged into the F/IC. You turn on the logger, and it records, and then spits out a .txt file.
You can view the .txt file in notepad (or whatever yoru stupid mac has!) or import into excell, or you can upload it to the LOG Reader in the AEM EMS Software...I think.

I'm doing my part to keep the other threads on topic so to answer your question:

the primary 02 sensor should go in the new downpipe. the secondary 02 sensor is already in your stock S-pipe. They need to be spaced apart. so what you are wondering is if you should have regulate weld a bung in yoru downpipe for your AEM EUGO, right?

I'm pretty sure the bung for the UEGO has to be in the s-pipe, but it does not matter if it's before or after the secondary 02 sensor, so you will need to have them weld the bung onto your spipe.
Might as well see how much it would be for them to just make you a new spipe the same diameter (2.5" or 3") as your new downpipe with both bungs welded into it.

?
why?
a lot of kits have a "bung" for the wideband on the downpipe
