Doing 16psi on a stock bottom end is pretty amazing I would not do it myself, I want to run about 13psi I think I should make around 350 we will see with my t4 setup. But that whp is kind of weak for that amount of boost.
All depends on the size and flow rate of the turbo.
Yea but the turbo he is using is not a puny turbo. t3/t4 50 trim he did not say the stage on the back end. Mine I believe is a stage 5
The exhaust restriction and/or turbine A/R could be stopping him from making more power.

True I would like to see the setup in detail assuming stuff sucks

It doesn't matter which of the current piggy-backs you go with because you're still unable to tune anywhere outside of WOT.

Dezod seems to be the only ones working to fix that, though (other than the AEM, I guess). Only time will tell.

What research are you looking at. E-manage work just fine on our car.

For the amount of money you spend an e-manage go stand alone with some injectors never have any issues. I am also considering another stand alone called Hydra.

How much do you think e-manage cost? $300 vs. $1200...hmm..

Sorry, disagree. You don't need a harness for one, that's for sake of simplicity. E-manage cost only $300 bucks. Standalone will cost you $1200 + you still need to wire it up like...

Hey to each his own right. Personally I want the stock computer out of the mix entirely.

Standalone goes from $1500 upwards, and for our cars expect the AEM EMS to be upward from $2,000.

The only cold start issues I've seen have been from incorrect settings from Greddy themselves, or a faulty tune. We've fixed a LOT of Greddy turbo kit tCs simply by giving them bits of our own tune and it fixed the problem.

I've never had one issue with the Emanage working on my car. It's been installed since last October and I race it quite often.

Our new EMS is the equivelant of a stand-alone's fuel tunability, without all the extra bells and whistles. For people that daily drive their car, this unit is more than enough. It keeps it very reliable, and will run like and OEM turbo'd car. The extra stuff is great if you're looking for ultimate power and dont care on spending almost 4 times as much money. With a built motor, sure a stand-alone is a great solution. For thos running around 12psi or less, I feel this system can hold it's own.

In the meantime, my Emanage has been working very well.

A Haltech E6X will come to be about $1200 with no other options.

The pressure sensor and harness is almost a must for boosted cars on the e-manage. The tune is infinitely more precise and accurate. From experience, the extra $140 is worth it in VAC fuel economy alone.

Furthermore, our PnP for the tC eliminates tons of problems, headaches and possibility for error. Once again, small price to pay for the piece of mind.

I personally spoke to about 30% of GReddy's outstanding kits and got them running 10 times better than GReddy sent them.
