by the way if you just want 3 pulls dyno. and your around the area (davie) you can go to stp motorsports. its only 50 bucks and they have the fastest for escort yea i said it a for escort! lol running 9's with a escort motor lol. and as far as lujan he charges 100 bucks an hour and tuned my car in like an hour and a half and only charged me 100 bucks! never had a problem with him and he tuned my car great. i forgot his tuners name i think it was pablo he had a spanish name. he said he used to work there then went somewhere else to make more money or something like that. i am gonna put a turbo kit on once i sell my supercharger nd i am gonna go back to lujan to tune my car.

So i finally finished the custom kit at home, its now shipped away to the shop getting one hell of a crazy make over. i came across tons of problems when i was installing this kit. My manifold had a horrible time lining up w/ the intercooler piping i had. the charge pipe especially, and the IC pipes came too far out which resulted in me having to cut the bumper lol to make them fit. im getting this issue fixed, the pipes are getting tucked in, so now i have to get a new bumper The custom shop i'm at is crazy lol the second i get there w/ my car i see a 500+ whp rx7 on the dyno, and a brand new is250 2008 model w/ a refurbished supra motor and a gt40 turbo in it. its crazy ill try n get pics of the cars when i go get mine back. the guy is great he builds custom everything for our cars, even intake manifolds, the thing is he is not open to the public his shop really doesnt have a name i have no idea how i came across this guy but its a godsend. for my car hes moving the battery to the trunk and making a 4'' intake for my fat inlet. also hes tucking all my intercooler piping making it a flush fit. hes also beefing up the oil lines, and moving a piece of the ac compressor to another location to make the DP fit (hes also doing my DP) i was going to dump my WG in the atmosphere but he swayed me away. also, the guy wants to put HALTECH software on my car saying its the cheapest standalone and way more reliable than the AEM i cant do this move now seeing as how over budget i am but down the line i think im going to get a haltech computer its a pretty impressive standalone and affordable at like 950. here are some pictures, im going to post pics of the finished product soon.

ghetto rigged intake (TEMPORARY NOT EVEN DRIVING THE CAR WITH THIS)

& getting towed away

I really don't like the charge pipes sticking out of the bumper like that...at that point, you could have just went completely around the bumper .

Fix that intake, get ready to pick up a better WG, and good luck with the tune.

im gonna be honest here. it looks awful. i dont like the way that the fascia was cut up for the ic piping that sticks out way too far. just giving my opinion here, so dont take it personally.

also. if you go any bigger than 3"in on your intake pipe then your maf sensor will not work, and will have to be relocated to the charge pipe.

holy smokes!! thats huge chunks of your bumper missing!!!

instead of chopping up ur bumper and having to buy a new one later, why didnt you roll around with no bumper and save some dough?

^^ part of R&D? lol the pipes looks funny, but just get fixed and you're good... and haltech standalone, they make one for our car? you can always use that but you may not be able to use other function except for engine management

Yeah if those were Dezod pipes and IC, it should have fit a lot better..

And I think I see your issue.. I think you had some of the pipes on the wrong side..

Should have followed the manual even though you have a different manifold..
