Default cut out at WOT!!!!

i got my car tuned three different times changing different things, this is starting to be a expensive guessing game. i soildered my injetors in. they are 440cc. i got a walbro 255. still didnt fix problem. then i had custom dump tube made because the waste was dumbed into my downpipe to close to the turbo leading to much back pressure and cutting out. my car keeps cutting out around 4.8 rpm so he cant even finish my tune. what could be my problem this doesnt make sense to me.i hav a 08 boosted tc. manual. t3/t4 turbo

hmm sounds like you damaged your harness. did you try chasing the wires to see if they are broken anywhere?

i don't think it's resistor mod i was thinking on this and i bet it's blow out from not gapping his plugs.

what spark plugs are you running?

I have Greddy ultimate it is a harness tapped into my ecu. I have one step colder iridium plug. The tuners shop gapped them for me. And I heard about a resistor mod but don't know if u can do it for my set up. Do u think it is because I have small injectors and pushing to much boost for them. I have 440cc and running ten pounds.

you don't need to do the resistor mod with the ultimate. you need to find out what gap they are at i bet they gapped them to far and when you hit full boost it's blowing out the spark.

Yes. It sounds like you may have other issues going on too but 440's are definitely too small for 10psi with a T3/T4. I'm running 440's with 6 psi and the inj's hit 90% IDC. Good luck.

Something tells me its plugs/gap. Pull your plugs, check the gap (post it), and post pics of the plugs.
