Default Descendant exhaust review and video

So I know this might get moved to another section but I figure it would be of interest to you turbo'd guys. I ordered Descendants 3" exhaust and their spipe. I have only installed the exhaust as of yet; the car is still N/A for now. I'm going custom with my setup and just need to have my dp fab'd up. Once the holidays pass I'll be able to finish this project. As for now, I just want to let you all know about the exhaust. First off the fitment is great. No rubbing and it tucks so nicely that even if your car is dropped I wouldn't worry about scraping. The tone is nice and deep; not fart can like at all. Rob was a great help while placing my order. It was during Sema and even with all the insanity going on, he answered and returned my multiple calls. Anyone looking for a new exhaust should definitly consider this one. The flex piece on the spipe is a great feature as well. This video is not the greatest by any stretch of the imagination but is all I could do off my iphone. I will try and do something nicer this weekend if the weather is nice.

It sounds awesome while driving. Remains nice and deep throughout entire rpm range. As for power loss, I don't feel any low end loss and would say there is def a gain as rpm climbs. Have to keep in mind that prior to this install I was running a zpi exhaust which I had to cut the muffler off all together because it had a huge hole from scraping. Talk about loud; it was basically a 2.5" straight pipe. My neighbors hated me!

You can still use the s-pipe and be N/A - You should do a video and add the s-pipe and compare the sounds

The spipe isn't flanged for the headers donut gasket. With it being 3" it doesn't match up and seal at the flange properly. With the snow and holiday I haven't got time to do another video. I will get some this weekend during the day, fly-by, and interior sound. Also got urethane exhaust hangers for Xmas! Not that the stock ones more much but they're older and stretched a bit. Hopefully I'll get into the garage shortly after the New Year and get the turbo in.
