Default //Dezod AEM EMS Pre-Order Information// :)

Well as many of you have seen on the boards, testing was an utter success thanks to Dan Gardner (2007 N/A Full Road-Race Scion tC) and Jeff (318_tC). Jeff prdouced 454whp @ 23 PSI on a hybrid Dezod kit with our EMS and Dan picked up gains of 10-30 ft/lbs of TQ to the wheels on an intake, header and exhaust.

We have learned tons about the 05-06 and 2007 Toyota ECUs in the testing and development stages of this project. However now it is time, for you to reap the fruit of our labor with one KICK BUTT product. Now onto the FAQ I put together

Pre-order is now open!!!!

Call 716-362-8771 to reserve your spot!!

What will the EMS include? How much will be during Pre-Order?

The package will include the following:

1-Dezod Modified AEM EMS box
1-Dezod Plug-N-Play Harness
1-AEM Pro Software Disc
1-Serial Cable for communication to a PC
1-Dezod Start-up 1.19 Version Calibration
1-F1 "Perfect Idle" hardware kit
1-Sheet of general FYI and instructions

The pre-order will open next week or the following, once we finish stocking up on a few of these. The price for the pre-order will include all of the above items, plus free ground shipping, and discounted Express shipping options.

The pre-order price will be $2000.00, and a non-refundable $500 will be needed at the time of ordering to reserve your spot in line.

I have a wideband O2 in the car. Will I be able to datalog it?

Yes! We provide a flying lead off the harness for your wideband's 5V analog output. The EMS, once calibrated for the WB O2 will be able to read it, log it, and use it for closed loop feedback conrol.

I want to be able to read boost through the EMS like <whatever piggyback>, can I do so with the EMS? Can become speed density related?

Yes! You will need an aftermarket MAP sensor such as a GM 1,2 or 3 BAR OR AEM's 3 BAR etc. We provide flying leads for implementation of this sensor as well. We can easily furnish an AEM 3 BAR for you for an additional $150.

Will I lose any functionality like A/C?

No. Abolsutely all of your stock options will remain in tact.

What will I be able to adjust with the AEM EMS?

Anything and everything! 3D maps, tables, rev limiters, duty cyle, igniton and fuel trim per cylinder, knock control, traction control, idle, nitrous, 2 step launch control, VVT-i and much much more.

Can I control idle? Do I lose Drive-by-Wire?

With our EMS, you do not lose control of idle at all. This is where F1 Perfect Idle hardware kit comes into play. This item allows for 100% control over idle despite the fact of the stock PCM controlling the DBW. 1000cc injectors, no problem! We are the only company to offer 100% idle control with retaining Drive-by-Wire.

Not true!

The 07 Race Team we work with found NICE gains of up to 30 ft/lbs to the wheels gains from I/H/E and pulleys. There is all motor inspiration for sure.

i know.. i talk to Dan also and know all about his tc... but..., they have bigger wallets and more pull in the industry then the average guy you know lol.. im all for allmotor...and this is great for for both apps...the sucking part is the 2k tag applied to an all motor setup VS. applying it to a boost setup... but i undersand of course...

Stock N/A tC rates about 140whp and 155wtq on a 5 speed.

With the race team from pulleys, intake, header and exhaust with AEM EMS tuning, we are up to almost 180whp before a N/A Port-N-Polish done by the legendary Rick Kemp. This car SHOULD break 200whp all motor with the AEM beign fine tuned after the PnP head job.

Are they going to use High compression pistons at any point. I'd like to see what they can max the NA motor at.

Well, I doubt they will because they will have to take points in that class for it. The car has taken enough points as it is.

We picked up about 5 whp peak, but more like 8 whp throughout the powerband. We WILL be upping the compression to 10.3:1.
