Default DEZOD MOTORSPORTS: ALPHA SERIES V-band Manifold Installed (Page 21)

For those, whom have been wondering on our new products coming out, well here is another one. As I stated before, the calm before the storm. What's in the hole, 2 ACES with 2 ACES on board! Nothing less!!! (that was for my poker people)

Anyway, down to the nitty gritty of it. As a few of you know, we have been working on this since about June of 2009, and we have finally finished the manifold production, and here some pics of it in completed form.

The Alpha Series components will be sold as tuner parts. This allows this sifting and expanding market to customize their own kit with their own pipes, IC, BOV, EMS or whatever you want! It's 100% customizable. We will give you the manifold, turbo, 3" V-band downpipe and dumptube with oil lines. The rest is how YOU want it. We are not going to corner you into anything you do not NEED or WANT.

***Note the 3" downpipe, 3" exhaust and dump tube are at a bender getting profiled for mass production. Otherwise, we would have taken pics of that too!

Now onto the verbal diaherra about the unit:

This tubular equal length manifold offers exceptional balance of performance and quick turbocharger spool making it an excellent item for the street or track minded person. This kit revolves around a GT3582R, however we can offer you the HTA GT35R, which has been dyno proven to 850whp and provides better boost response than a PTE 6262!

The Dezod Race Manifold has the following features:

· A/C compatible

· Thick walled Schedule 40 304L stainless steel construction

· CNC machined ½” thick mild steel head flange to help prevent warping

· Professionally TIG welded while using 100% pure Argon for backpurge for maximum unpolluted penetration in all areas.

· 4-1 low angle merge collector allows for less turbulence while entering the turbine housing at even pulses and high volumes.

· 44mm TiAL wastegate flanged

· V-band turbine inlet flanged

· Port-matched design

This manifold is protected by a limited lifetime warranty against cracking

Actually, Yes they do.

It was originally designed to replace the manifold, downpipe and turbo for the kit.

You can purchase this stuff and replace your existing parts. We made a pipe to connect the turbo to the existing pipes.

It's really nice actually. At that point though I would use a larger intercooler.

nice to see completely v-band manifolds that are finished and ready to go, and not just a v-band merge collector, and t-3 flanged mani.
