I just looked closer at the manifold and noticed something, is it already pre-tapped for an EGT sensor?

Looking GREAT Dave! Should be one hell of a build for this season. You are 100000% doing it right.

^^Just understand that this is a VBAND manifold so the collector cant look like that.

The collector geometry is a lot different from a T3 or T4 flange. I would love to have our collectors CNC cut, which is possible, but due to volumes being low (because this is STILL a VERY new item), they are cut by hand and made 1 by 1.

Companies like Vibrant make precut collectors that are VERY decent for the money, which looks nearly identical to yours, and are very convenient for someone whom is just making 1 or 2 manifolds at a time. To continue to produce a quality, low angle collector which is not sprawled like that one, these must be CNC'd or hand made. We opted to make them by hand.

Understand that the flange has nothing to do with porting the collector.

The picture of the collector i posted is the one that my buddy made him self for my manifold. A band saw and a jig is all you need and im 100% positive you guys know that but im sure not everyone. I personally think it is easier to match up v-band, which is cake, than a t3. None the less your $hit is sick, big props. Im happy someone finally did a ram horn style mani. I just wanted to put my opinion out there about the porting.

Agreed. The only thing I can say otherwise is some people weld the inside of the collector and some do not. Personally I think it's 6 of one half dozen of another.

True, and alot of people fail to comprehend the hours and sanity it takes to get this kind of stuff done. A lot of “tuner” kids think you can just snap a finger and have the baddest $hit. But if he was on ya'lls volume of fabing, he'd never sleep.
