Default dezod s1 downpipe-s-pipe bolts

my friend bought a used dezod s1 turbo kit for his car.....and he misplace the downpipe bolts that connects to the s-pipe.....anyone know where we can get them,or what they look like...cause i know we cant reuse the factory ones....not long enough

im assuming its those skinny longer bolts,but i dont see springs with them

Are you sure, you can't reuse the stock bolts? According to http://www.dezod.com/files/DZMTCMAN%20V1.75.pdf you can.

nah im sure,dezod uses the own bolt system,stock ones,the spring is to long and the bolt is to short,my buddy talked to dezod and founds the correct ones

ok heres the deal.........i got the correct hardware but it seems like,its not going togther as it should..........i installed as per instructions,but since the spipe flange is so thick,theres not much room to screw on the nut....

im gonna take some pics,maybe its me,or im not doing something right,but basically,the spring loaded bolts i got for my dezod down-pipe to s-pipe,are not long enough,my s-pipe flange is so thick,takes up half of the space,then if i have the spring and washer on,the nut i cant screw on,

so here we go.......from what it looks like and from the dezod turbo instructions...

the right hand side,where the stud is,that goes into the small bolt hole of the downpipe according to the instructions,but what holds it in place,it doesnt mention anything about that,i noticed that,that small end is cut to accpet a nut,ok,but does the nut they supplied go on top of the downpipe and screw on to hold the stud in place...while trying to navigate,the spipe and flange into place...

another !!!!!

on the left hand side,lets say you got the stud in place,i put the spipe and flange into place,but wait,the flange itself is to thick,so when i go to put on the spring and washer,theres not enough length wise to screw on the nut,unless you force it on,

am i doing something wrong,i would though the stud would be alot longer

yeah dude those bolts are a pain. Just go to a hardware store and pick up some longer bolts and nuts to use with the springs and install as directed.

thanks,im glad im not the only that thinks that,wish the instructions were alot more specific,from what they show and tell and from what they give you. two totally different things,but yes thanks man,looks like ill make my own using the springs they sent,shouldn't be hard to do in the first place...

ill work man,gotta use some muscle,its not easy,gotta play around with it....see if you can compress the spring with something,so you have room to at least start the nut
