Default Dezod s2 kit and what to look out for "issues"

Hey everyone I just bought the s2 kit from dezod I'm just going to lay it out, 1.dezods down pipe hits my engine block, 2.no vac lines comes with this kit, not to stressed about that but the website clearly says "COMPLETE BOLT-ON & PLUG-N-PLAY TECHNOLOGY WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY ADDITIONAL PARTS" 3. Dezod downpipe will not mount to dezod s pipe. " please use your Imaginations for this" it should go something like this, bolt-downpipe flange-spring-s pipe flange- bolt and the threaded rods go threw all this, this kit does not come with those extra two bolts. I know i should have sorted threw all the parts piece by piece but i mean this kits like 5 grand didn't think i really had but hopefully dezod will get back to me soon and resolve my issues. I will post pictures later

Id give em a call monday, im sure most of this will get cleared up fairly quickly. just a note, idk of any turbo kit that comes with vac lines. the reason being is that they could be routed a million different ways so its kinda hard to get the right length to a customer.

just wondering where you are located, perhaps I could help.

This was brought up here, on our FB page and emailed to us. I know we responded on FB and I know an email response was made this morning about it when it was brought to my desk. We are not open on the weekends so any response would have been done today even if the message was sent Friday evening. Per our website's Contact us page, we are open M-F only, FYI.

Secondly, we have requested two parts back to check in our jigs that could potentially be the problem. Once we receive them back, we will gladly keep you informed of our findings.

Third, no kit on the market includes vac lines due to large variations of mounting solutions and set up differences etc. This was also reiterated by other members on here.

Lastly, are you referring to our spring loaded downpipe bolts? They are included with the kit in the downpipe install package. If you are referring to the bolts on the rear of the s-pipe that mate to the exhaust, you reuse the factory ones. So I am kind of lost on that last comment......

I hope this clarifies things.

that isn't entirely true ... Ptuning kit comes with needed T and line for bov, and wastegate line, as well as brake booster line T for engine management pressure source.

Thanks for clarifying this and that you provide "T"s as well.

We do not include lines, but we do include a $30+ vac manifold with all fittings needed, so lines are a drop in the bucket for the added perk of what's included in comparison.

Of the companies iv known (past and present) your the first iv heard that provides vac lines. Do your vac lines route a specific way or do you just provide a hand full of this and that and leave the routing to the imagination?

Perhaps a verbiage change on your site to inform the customer they need to purchase vac lines would clear up any misunderstandings.

Lines are included, along with huge instruction manual on where to put them (w/pics of course). Should you want it differently then of course that's your call. Full 100% Plug and Play.

Hey everyone just wanted to say that dezod gave me a call to as soon as they got the parts and what not, I'm getting a new turbo manifold so thank you dezod and I greatly appreciate_your customer support and for answering all my questions. I appologize for my actions and posting on the forums at such sort notice, should have been more mature about it. An about the picture, I do not have access to a computer at this time so just imagine a circle touching a rectangle lmao
