Again, depends on the engine it's on, air flow (VE), boost level, the compressor map, ambient temp, intercooler core efficiency, the tune, quality of fuel used etc.

These are just a few that play into grand scheme of reliability regardless of turbo selection sizing.

Most can be the same, however others can not. The tune for example will be different due to throttle response and compressor sizing. That one variable alone even with all others identical can play enough of a role to change the dynamic output of compressor outlet temps, which are contingent upon boost level, baro pressure (altitude) and compressor's efficiency map based upon it's creation.
