Default Dyno Results...

Sooo a local machine shop had an open dyno day today and I decided to make a few pulls in the tc. This is on an in-ground dynojet. The boost controller was setup for 20 psi, however its dropping off to 18. My timing is still fairly conservative and its a bit rich on the top end. For those not familiar with my setup, heres the low-down...

- Built bottom end - JE 9:1 Pistons / K1 Rods / ACL Bearings
- T3/60-1 / Cast Mani / 38mm Tial WG / HKS BOV / Dezod IC/Piping converted to blow through
- 1000cc Inj
- Custom return setup running E85
- 2.75" DP into full 3" straight pipe exhaust
- AEM FIC

Sooo heres the results....

402whp - 417wtq

BTW Ive tuned this all myself so far on the street - this is the first real time on the dyno, and the E here has gone to E70 for winter, so it was def rich on mid through top end - didnt have time to edit the tune. Ill have an Emanage Ultimate soon and plan on having it dyno tuned, just havent decided who I trust to do it yet

Pic of dyno graph in next post... Sorry there printer was shot, so I took a pic of the screen.

did you get a pic of the afr graph? or did they even hook up the dyno wideband? someplaces on a dyno day wont do it. others charge extra for wideband.

you should be able to get more timing out of your car since you are running e85. i made 429whp on a awd dynojet. with a 60-1 and 20psi and meth. so you should be in mid 400whp range. just add some more timing. shouldnt hurt especially withbuilt bottom end and corn gas lol..nice numbers though. gotta love that trq from those cast iron mani's

Thanks, I was driving it and started it out at 3500rpm, I think it prob wouldve made more power/tq lower also if I wouldve started out at say 2500-3000 rpm. They didnt hook up a wideband, but I have mine wired into my fic so it datalogs it. Ill snap some screenshots in AEM log that show the boost, rpm and afr

Its a TON of fun to drive, however with it being cold out, either the car is making a touch more power, or the tires arent as soft, but now I often spin 4th doing a pull from 60 :/ Its a bit of a challenge to drive at times, but soo much fun none the less haha. I plan on having more dyno results soon once the Ultimate is in

Turbine is .63 with stg 3 wheel. As for issues, none really, it has great driveability for what it is and pulls hard throughout the powerband. Id like something that spools a little more quickly, but once I get the ultimate in and rev to 7k, Ill also have an extra 500rpm on the top of the powerband
