EXACTLY I plan on running MT ET Street Radial II's in 245/40/18 - I plan on gettin some XXR 252's in 18x8.5

thats a nice size marcelo...I looked at 245's but wasnt sure if there would be any rubbing. all i know is 225/45/17 work without any rubbing. I cant make up my mind what ima try to do as far as tires go this time around. let me know how those work for ya. btw what wheels are you using?

it will help a lil not much but help a hell of alot more then street tires.

crush those 245/40/18 will have a lilmore sidewall hump then your regular 245/40 street tire. so if you rub on 245/40/18 a lil on street tires you will rub more on drags

I havent bought wheels yet so I still have options, anyone think a 17x9 with a 275/40/17 would work?? Im thinking the 18x8.5 with 245/40/18 is my best bet I really want the MT ET Street Radials as I keep hearing theyre much better than any other street/strip tire out there. Only other option would be the NT05R however they dont make them anywhere near any of the sizes I'd need. the NT555R comes in the right sizes, but I hear the MT blows it out of the water
