Default Dyno results + new problems

So ill start off with my kit info

Zpi mani
TDO5 20H
650cc injectors
Custom ic piping
big ol ic
custom jpipe
tial waste gate
xs manual boost controller
and other stuff that doesnt matter to this post

Pre dyno i was having problems putting my foot to the floor the car would pretty much cut out at 4k rpm and start hesitating and backfiring
This is the main reason i went to get tuned today

On the dyno the car ran the same of course till the dyno tech made some changes.. i still get that backfire and hesitation just just near redline Dyno tech said the injectors are maxed out so it has to be the stock fuel pump i didnt really care cus it was so close to red line.

1st map on 91 oc and 8psi i made about 270hp 280 tq
2nd map on 95 oc and 11 psi made just under 300hp and 300tq
3rd map on 95 oc and 11 psi WITH my exhaust cut out i made 321.5 hp and 330 tq

so i was very please and excited to drive home
i pay and what not and leave
i set it to the 2nd tune at 300hp 11psi
First pull on the on ramp i blew my intake mani vac hose to the block
pull over and fix it.....

after that the car has been running weird almost like theres still a vac leak the car idles ok u can hear it wanting air and almost dying.. iv checked every hose i can see and i fixed a few very small leaks so it idles better

my prob now is that its still backfiring etc a few mili seconds after full boost around 3500k 4krpm idk if its the tune or the car or what.. But i called the shop and hes gona call me back when hes done with the next car

any info will help thank you

what spark plugs you using and gap? and maybe your ECU recognized the fuel management and trying to override it?

hmm.. dont think bov would cause it to backfire would it?

yeah check he gap between ur plugs... when i was turboed, i used ngk copper which ran a lot better than iridium.

also another thing is, have ur tuner reset the short and long term fuel trim

95 octane isn't exactly race gas. i got some 96 iirc at a pump in canada ^^

also, if you tuned on 91 octane, and then just added race gas to it to boost the octane to 95, it's not going to be a pure 95 octane, so your tune probably is off a little due to mixed gas causing some misfires

He only has 100 so we mix 100 with my 91 in my take to make 94.5ish
So imrunning about 10 gallons of 91 to 4 gallons of 100
