Or they could bring the show Pinks All Out back and Nick could win it all and donate you the craftsman tool case full of tools, lol!

LOL...something tells me he would keep the tools himself. To bad they don't do the show in the one-on-one format anymore. Heck all I ever see is reruns now, so they probably don't even shoot that show anymore. They should have a track battle show rather than drag racing. I would sign up for that in a heart beat. Doubt it would get many viewer ship though. Time Attack is still fairly to new to the general public. I wish Scion would host something like that, but even they don't cater to our crowd with their shows. It's all about neon lights and hard parking. I plan on raiding a Scion Exposed event soon though, even though I'm not in the show car mindset anymore, it will give people something else to look at besides Hello Kitty sticker bombs, and Neon strobes. Even turbo cars at these shows still don't have any performance focus to them. The turbo is just another shiny piece.

That's exactly why I'm putting together a big event here in Chicago tentatively the 2nd weekend in July that caters to everybody but specifically motorsports enthusiast! Basically trying to get back to how Scion exposed use to be. So far we have scion groups from St. Louis and Indianapolis coming but it would be great if you and the Nashville crew could come up too. For example....a nice road course called Ginger Man a couple hours away from Chicago has a "Open Event" from 9 am to 5 pm 7/12. Then later on that day our big event called "Friday Night Lights" (300-500 legit cars) is technically a car show but after the event we rip the highways of Chicago! On Saturday (July 13th) I plan on having a BBQ then hitting the drag strip and doing highway runs late Saturday night. We have a very organized group of highway runners that GET UR DONE with some crazy fast cars. Then Sunday people can head back home.

I wouldnt mind a trip to chi town Havent been in about 5 years. If you can try to make it down to Houston for TX2K13 in March. Ive been the last 2 years and I promise, once you experience it youll be back every year. Oh and when organizing the event gotta keep the events of questionable legality on the low ;) Remember all highway runs happen in Mexico... lol or would it be Canada that far north? haha

That would be awesome if you could make it....and I promise you'd be VERY pleased with how we get down in Chicago....especially once we head south to Mexico! I would LOVE to make it to TK13 but gotta get my house first before I can start putting $ into the tC to finish it up.

Here's a little teaser of how we get down!

Travis you would definitely like the Ginger Man course and I can check into seeing if the Autobahn @ Route66 speedway has an open track day for that weekend as well. The Autobahn would be similar to the nashville speedway you use to run at.

Those dates are a bit ahead of my schedule unfortunately. I wouldn't mind checking out the courses though. Is that Gingerman course in Michigan? If so, it looks like a pretty fast lapping track. I wouldn't need to slow down much on it and stay in the throttle a lot of the time. That just reminds me that I need to upgrade to a BBK to get all this slowed down quicker.

Yea I just wanted to post the info out early so people can make arrangements as necessary. Yes the track is in Michigan but it's only about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Chicago so no biggie. Yea from what people tell me its a fast fun track and worth the $. Yea you'd definitely need a BBK with the kind of power you'll be putting down.

WHAT? 93 for 3.09? Are you KIDDING ME? It would probably be cost productive to have you fill up huge vats and ship it to me. It's 3.90 - 4.00 for 93 here........ (S.Florida)

Lol...it was cheaper than that not that long ago. Right now 87 is $3.04 here. Premium is probably like $3.10, I haven't looked.

Usually when reg is 3.04, premium would be 3.24
