Yea Id perfer it to be closer to 12.0 all the way across - but the slight leanout at the end Im thinking is me getting near maxing out the injectors This was also last night when it was about 68* outside so that prob had somethin to do with it. Oh well new injectors coming Friday!

Deatchwerks is hookin me up with some 1100's. Theyre here in OKC where Im at, so it makes things nice and convenient They only list up to 700cc for the tc, but Chris up there was able to find a larger (1100cc) injector for me thatll work and still be saturated. Only downside is its a diff plug, so ill have to wire in pigtails, but hes providing the pigtails n everything for me.

What would happen if you didnt pull any timing at all at say 10, 11, 12 psi???? I have heard of people before not pulling timing until like 13psi but does that hurt your motor with 93oct and e85?

Im gonna say that is the aggressive side of tuning.. As long there is no knock and is making good power as the timing increased then thats good but I dont think 93 can handle that much advance.. E85 at least or race gas its possible. I dont recommend that to stock motor due high combustion temps

Im on built bottom end - JE 9:1 Pistons (89mm), K1 Rods, ACL Race bearings, ARP head studs, and cometic HG. I wonder how many other home garage built motors on here are running/still running? Im at 10k miles on mine now without issue. All the assembly was done in my garage, however I had the block bored, honed and cleaned, and the rotating assy balanced at Buddy Rice Precision Engine here in OKC. I also cheated and had them check all the oil clearances for me before I assembled it

This one is
I have a very similiar build but I am running CP 8.5:1

Once you up the fuel what boost levels are you going to be aiming for?

Hmm dunno yet. Got a Truboost to put in this weekend once I get the injectors in. Think Im gunna try 18 psi first than go from there. Since the truboost has A and B settings - I might set it up for 18 psi daily than maybe 20-22 psi on B. Im wondering where Ill max out the 1100 cc injectors... Since i already have a return and everything I can run more fuel pressure if need be.

Currently a single walbro 255 - im gunna get a second but I dont think Ill have a chance to put it in this weekend. From the flow charts Ive seen, if I keep the pressure down around 55-60 psi at the rail I should be able to get 60-65gph out of the pump which comes out to about 1050cc/min/cylinder So Im thinking Ill be able to get to 17-18 psi without maxing out the pump. Once I turn the boost up further Ill prob have to run a little more fuel pressure, and of course need the second pump.

The walbros dont like high pressure - espicially anything above 75 PSI.

Run a bosch 044 inline and you have a lot higher pressure capability

Oh yeah, and cory, I know you live in the cold lol - so is there anything I can do with my FIC to make cold starts on E85 easier? possibly more fuel in the first couple cells (startup)? Possibly pull some timing in those cells?
