UPDATED
Well I did get a call back yesterday from Chris saying they were all done but Toan wanted to take the car out on the road to make sure it is really stable so I told them I would pick it up today around noon, it looks like i'll be getting her around 11am...checkout at the hotel is at noon.
About 30 minutes later I get a call from Toan.
The guy is absolutely marvelous; he knows so much, some of which I understood the other part was completely over my head. We actually got disconnected during the call, I was driving around and dropped the call, he called back and picked right back up.
I can't remember the exact numbers, i'll update with them later but @ 9.5psi the car put down between 250-260 whp/wtq.
Toan sad he knew what the car was going to put down before he even put it on the dyno. He said the setup is really quiet compared to other turbo'd cars out there. He said there is a lot of restriction in my exhaust system even though it is upgraded over stock. I could reach 10psi but it would require upgrading the spring in the WG or cranking up the boost controller with the current setup. He said the numbers would improve a lot if I had a 3 inch downpipe, spipe and exhaust.
I have a Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator, from my NA setup w/ a header, he said that is causing restriction as well as the exhaust filters through the resonator, also the Magnaflow muffler has the inlet and outlet on the same side so it passes through a tube in the muffler twice before exiting which is also causing restriction. He said it would be much better if it was a straight through setup.....that and he said get the car dyno'd in January when it isn't hot and humid out.
Toan said my numbers are dead on with the type of turbo, piping, exhaust, etc. that he knew he would see. PTUNING made a lot of corrections to the setup, some of which I cannot even recall. I have a vac block but it turns out the the FIC should not be attached to that, nor should the WG/MBC or the boost gauge. The FIC and boost gauge are affected when the WG opens and it just throws off everything for the most part. I was always wondering why my boost gauge never read about 8psi at WOT....now I know why but it has been corrected. Toan tapped the vac for the FIC off the brake booster so the signal to the FIC does not fluctuate, because it was seeing anywhere from 11psi to 9 psi to 6psi....entirely too much fluctuation in the signal. Toan said the best way to tap for the WG and MBC is to get it off the compressor housing.
The starting issue that I mentioned, Toan was able to get his hands on another FIC just to try the calibration and tune on and the problem went away. He said something is wrong internally with the FIC that senses the cam and crank positioning and makes it have a rough or hard start every couple of cranks. So now it is narrowed down to an FIC issue so i'm going to work on having it swapped out or if they won't swap it out i'll buy another, have the defective one fixed and sell it, either way.
All in all I absolutely love the place, I can't wait to pick the car up and make the other minor modifications.
I will update with the actual numbers in a few hours.

So it seems like I might be buying a new FIC if Paul or Don can't bail me out of this one.
Since the Dezod kit came with the FIC and I did not purchase it by itself AEM will not take the FIC back from me.
The FIC will need to go to AEM from Dezod. Next, AEM will need to inspect the unit and if they deem nothing is wrong with the unit then a new one will not be sent out even though it has been verified that with a new unit the starting issue is resolved.
This process can take a few weeks for me to get it to Dezod in NY, Dezod get it to AEM in CA, the inspection takes place and gets back to me in AL. I can't msis that type of time with no management from school and my new job I start when I get back.....I haven't worked in 2 years.
The only problem, I bought my Dezod kit used, it wasn't brand new from Dezod so if they need some type of customer record to warranty the unit that may be a problem unless they can use the customer info that originally bought the kit.....bummer.

sorry if you did say definitively, I looked but didn't see, but what psi did you end up running?
We have a VERY similar setup, reason why I'm interested. Like I said before I have the catted DP tho
Congrats on getting it all done and tuned
