I was throwing the same p0138 2nd 02 sensor code after i got tuned also. when the code finally does trip the car dumps rich like crazyy...and i always thought that the 2nd 02 had no bearing on the fuel trims...i was dead wrong...the ecu does indeed make corrections if the secondary is messed up and the primary is ok.

it must have busted on me on the way down there and of course the dyno time didnt help

but...i learned that the car has to be at greater than 55mph for more than 2 minutes to set the code off...

so i learned to drive around it and not even trip any 'pending codes'..

i really didnt wanna spend the 200ish to buy a new one...

and i do mostly city driving anyway so it doesnt ever trip anymore lol

CEL FREE BABY!!

I don't think so bro. The plug for the sender is ran through a grommet all the wires are completely sleeved and its so long that I have some tucked under the dash and zip tied. The pwr, gnd, acc, and dim are all connected to the same source as my other accessories in the car so that's not it either. So i'm a believer that it is the sender, I didn't get to call Ryan at Prosport today but he did shoot me an email today so i'll give him a call in the am.

That's exactly what my boy said. The tune is actually done right so I don't need the defouler or anything. Either way I have a secondary O2 in the car so i'll get around to taking the defouler off and seeing what happens.

The secondary O2 is about $130 less than the primary O2 so from the dealer it is about $125. From TRD Sparks it is $95. A direct OE replacement is $80.

noo I ment that my current oil filter might sit to low if I had to add another sandwich adapter on top of the one I have now for the oil pressure gauge but now that I see how it's connected based on carbons setup I have nothing to worry about. Thanks for the dummy comment.

Don had responded to you on Tuesday. I know because he asked me about some stuff and we called Travis at AEM about your warranty deal.

I'm sorry friend, I emailed you back however I have been having many issues with outlook on my computer. Some emails are going through and some are not.

Either way, after looking up the info you gave me the original purchaser bought the kit in april of 2008. That being said, the warranty on the FIC was out of date. The serial number on the unit would easily tell them that backed up with any invoices we would have to supply.

I'm sorry we couldn't help you out. Even though you bought the kit used from someone else perhaps if it wasn't such a time lapse I could have gotten it through AEM on a warranty.

I understand Don.

I replied back as soon as I got the email but oh well.

Does AEM offer an out of warranty at some cost?

If not I now have an AEM FIC paperweight.

I have another FIC now but it would be good not to have to toss it in the garbage.

Hey ecko i tried to send you a pm but its saying that you're not accepting pms or something. I Just wanted to let you know that we received the wastegate yesterday and everything looks good. We haven't installed it yet as we're waiting on the new gaskets to come in. I'll def keep you informed as to how everything turns out. Once again my boy and i thank you very much for this act of generosity. I hope you have a good weekend this time compared to last.
