Default Ecu issues

As i put my car back to stock after blowing my old turbo.. disconnected the AEM fic and reconnected the stock ecu. Turns out something got fryd and Cyl 1 fuel injector wont work. So after a few days of looking at everything it was the ECU.. I got a new ECU on order should be here tomorrow. Is there a way to install? Reset or something? other then taking the battery off for 5 mins?Just wondering what could have caused this issue but im pretty good about taking the battery cable off so i dont think that was the issue.

Makes me wonder my original one really did fry or if i just didnt reset it right

ok for the paper clip reset for your key, just search "paper clip" in the search bar. and as far as you frying your ecu, what made you believe you fried your ecu? and when you put the knew one in, DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY BEFORE touching the ecu.

Ok so last night i tried the steps that involve putting a paper clip on the tc and cg (4 and 12)ports for 35mins. I had a hunch it wouldn't work since i only have my valet key. So went to Toyota got a new master key so i could use that 50$ cut the same as my old master keys.. Tried it today and with the new master key the check engine light was blinking the Tire pressure was blinking ABS all in a sequence.(that didnt happen before) Tried it a few times still nothing. My ecu that i Fryed it only runs on 3 cyls. I'm running out of ideas... Any help would be cool. I'm booking it in to Toyota on Monday thinking that i locked the ecu somehow and they can unlock it and program to my new master key

did you fix the problems yet? what was the issue your car experiencing? was it dying out on idle or something? how did you come up thinking that your ecu is fried?

The old ecu sounds bad. The new ecu needs to be programmed, they come blank, Toyota will have to flash it or if you are lucky search around where you live for a place that can do this. After it has been programmed then you can sync it to the theft module.
