emanage wired, whats the deal?

I talked to Kenny at lunch today. He comfirmed that the gray wire is the throttle position switch feed-back.
The 16X16 emanage MAF correction map will run on two inputs RPM and Throttle. I'm making boost on anything above like 35% throttle so it would make sense to correct the MAF that way.

They have some screen shots of the MAF correction table it really makes it easier to understand when you actually see the programming screens.

I am wireing up and emanagae ulitmate and am having troble with the ignition sequence. greddy says to stagger the channels from the emanage to the ecu IE ( ch1-ch1,ch2-ch4, ch3-ch2) I am not sure if this is the way it is soposed to be done. my car does not run so I am hopin=g that is the problem and someone with a little insight can lead me in the right direction.
