All the gaskets needed are very cheap from the dealer believe it or not.

The crank main seal is the only pricy one.

I also picked up the Toyota Seal packing silicone.....again it was cheap

Dont forget to locate a local coater....for bearings....to get the clearance perfect. My ACL race bearings from Ptuning Std. size were a tad over toyota spec......by a tad I mean I only have my bearings coated to .00065 of an inch for the rods and alittle less coating on the mains.

Pistons as well if you feel like it.

I have my wiseco's skirt coated as well as the tops.

My bearing clearance was .0021 - .0022 on the mains and .0020-.0021 on the rods.

Toyota spec is .0009 - .0019 on the rods and .0007 - .0016 on the mains FYI

Standard size stainless exhaust valves - Brian Crower

Cosmetic MLS head gasket - Lethal is sourcing
Darton or Ductile 90mm sleeves - Lethal is sourcing
ARP Head, Main, Rod studs - Lethal is researching main and rod studs for engine
Oil pump - dealer (Lethal is re-valving to higher volume)
ATI Super Damper -Bought direct from ATI Racing

All other gaskets will be from the dealership for everything

The best thing I have found if you are purchasing all of your own
parts is to write down part numbers and search yahoo and Ebay for best
prices. If you use Ebay read the entire description before buying
anything to ensure you are getting exactly what you need.

It is hard to say on certain parts without knowing what the individual is willing to spend or the way they would like it setup.

Another FYI....

Maybe everyone knows this....I didnt.

Cometic offers HG's in every bore. Most are custom orders.

I had to order a 89.5 mm bore HG due to my 89mm pistons.

I use ACL bearings ONLY for all engine builds. Always have, never had a problem. They are available from Car Candy and Nurspec in the vendor section.

FYI, I had calico coat my main/rod bearings and thrust washer and it was only $70 with return shipping. I sent in my bearings since they didn't have ACL race series and got them back in 4 days.
