Default Exedy Stage 2 Clutch

I've decided to upgrade my clutch and was wondering if anyone has the Exedy Stage 2 clutch and their thoughs about it. It's between that and the Clutchmasters stage three and wanted to see people thoughts were.

I will be running a greddy kit on 8psi with a turbo back ptuning exhaust.

thanks

I think that might be a little agressive for me. This is my daily driver, just want something that will hold the power and retain as much as the stock pedal as possible.

Dont get a solid hub. They are horrible on the street. Get the stage 2, full face discs are much easier to drive. I have a stage 3 spring loaded 6-puck and its a chore. especially when its cold.

Yeah? hmm. the solids i have driven were a pain. granted none were clutchmasters. My ceranic 6 puch is really sticky when its cold but its plenty smooth once it gets warm.

Thats right bro! Build it to handle the power you are making and drive the heck out of it.

So what do you guys think the clutchmasters or the exedy? I think both will hold my power goals, wondering which will have smoother engagement and retain more close of a stock pedal feel.

i have clutchmasters stage 3. its awesome and not that bad for daily driving. my advice is if your going to upgrade your clutch then you may also want to upgrade your flywheel as well and take advantage of your tranny bein open.

I had the Clutchmasters Stage 3 (FX300) and it was fairly close to stock feel. Pedal effort increased slightly, but engagement was very smooth. Handled my 260whp and 310wtq with no problem.

I'm actually starting to rethink the fly wheel.

I'm just not sure how much benefit I will receive from it on a daily driver.
