I highly recommend P-Tunings 3 inch exhaust. I just got done putting mine on and the quality is amazing; sound is also great!

Their full kit runs just under 700$
Its 3 inches all the way and has a pre-welded 02 bung.

I would check out Descendant's 3-inch exhaust too. Right now it's $599 I think. JWallace has it and it's the deepest exhaust I've ever heard on a tC! I'm just running a 2.5inch at the moment.

It's up to you. If you don't find a turbo back you like the looks of, but have a muffler you like then go custom. If you're not running that much boost a 2.5" exhaust would suffice too.

Well I want to get the exhaust before I get my tune. So I'm not sure if I should go 2in
or 3in.

You do not want to run a 2 in. diameter exhaust on a boosted car, it's not efficient for the turbo. At least a 2.5. What turbo setup are you running?

run a electric exhaust cutout will have more flow then any 3" exhaust plus can have stock exhaust to keep cops away and can be a sleeper

What power goals are you looking to have with the car?

Well, you can run either. I would do a mere 2.5" with a good turbine A/R
