Default Exhaust leak before wastegate (need help now).

I have a decent leak at the the manifold to wastegate flange. This is a dezod turbo kit but with them being out for the weekend and no one else to contact I'm turning to you guys. Hopefully someone with their kit can help out anyway possible. The down pipe is re-circulated so it's pulling a little towards that direction. There's one thing I'd like to clear up. There's a gap between the two flanges. The gasket doesn't close up the gap because of the ring at the bottom of the Tial wastegate. The car is for now dead in the water while we try to figure out how to close this up. Thanks

RTV? Did you blow the gasket out?

The gasket it self never sat flat between the two flanges. The valve seat on the wastegate is keeping the flanges from closing together. I can't figure out why the vavle seat is like this, I have to have it in wrong. But the gasket is fine. We just got things together and was letting it idle when we saw the leak.

The seat needs to be pushed into place for the WG and the flange to the manifold to make a good seal.

It was pushed in as we bolted the two flanges together, it got to a point where we couldn't get it to come toegther anymore. I'm under the impression that the two flanges must be flush. The flex pipe is putting a ton of pressure on the wastegate causing it to bend in the direction of the turbo. Besides for the big exhaust leak, the wastegate works fine holding 8psi. I know the leak can't be good for spool up seeing how it's before the wastegate. I still think it's something I did wrong with the wastegate assembly. The car will probably sit untill I have the time to take it all off again. Everything else it great! Will post pictures one day soon,

I might just take it to a shop. I'd have my friend take it apart but I'd also like to have someone elses input on the problem that deals with turbos all the time. SpeedQuest? Closest import tuning/FI shop near my area.
