A group meet would be fun. Not to rain on anybody's party, but where is a middle ground? ZPI is in KY, SP in CHi-town, Turbonetis is in Cali, and Dezod is in FLorida/East COast?
Maybe at the next SEMA ;P

Do your friends own a tC? If not, I wouldn't play into what they say to much.

Actually the tC engine handles a turbo very very well. It can really take a beating and still keep on going!
I've heard of a tC pushing about 400whp and still runs like a champ! So a kit pushing about 270whp shouldnt be a problem.

Sure, the tC engine can take 400hp and still run like a champ, but honestly, for how long? I'd be a bit cautious of anything near 300hp or more in the long run. That's just me though.
Nice thread. I tweaked a couple things with it though, hope you don't mind.
And doesn't ZPI also have stage 0? Any reason you wanted ot leave it out?

the tc I believe can handle up to 350 hp on stock internals, probably not for very long but it will last... I wouldn't recommend doing this! Anywhere from 6-10.5 psi on your motor is A-okay! But before you get one, make sure your car is prepared for it... i.e. you might want to get a full exhaust, downpipe or s-pipe back, get an anti-fouler (for the zpi and turbonetics I believe), upgraded suspension would be very smart (stop wheel hop and control the car a lot better), bigger brakes may be a good option as well, although not completely required, and better tires would be a thought to get before upgrading to a turbo... oh, also you might want to upgrade to a stage 2 clutch and a short-throw shifter like TWM or CC... look on the forum for them! hope this helped, maybe this can be stickied?? lol Stephen

Ya, the SC runs at 7 PSI, so with that on a turbo, you're probably going to be around 250hp or under 300 likely. But ya, anything longterm would worry me.
A sticky? Here two days and you want a sticky?!
jk. We'll see how the thread builds though.

Really just tweaked the headings for each. Just to make them stand out as people scroll through. Was going to change the title... might do that now if you're going to add in the SC and stuff - would get too long to list everything.

^^ Ya, if you list "options" for one, you'll have to do it for all of them. I'd maybe stick with the base components for the listed price. Then give a link to the website b/c if people want to know what else is available, they can go to it.

Up here in the chicagoland area suburbs a while back you could go to a Clark or Marathon, cant remember which one and they had 1 or 2 pumps that had 100 oct. but it went for almost $5 a gallon. Filled up with it once but never again. Bill was about $80.
