No clue if anyone has it but it is a stock rotor size but a 4 piston caliper upgrade and a drilled/ slotted rotor. I'm pretty sure you could get it to work in the back too without much modification since it's stock size. It's the big fact you can get 4 for the price of two from the big guys.

It says it comes with an 11" rotor. Isn't that bugger than stock?

That wouldn't be able to fit in the back would they?

I think I might buy them after I get tuned.

Btw guy I have my tuned scheduled for next Wednesday the 21st

Hey Chris did you experience a lot of flutter when you had this kit installed? Is it normal seeing as though it only happens at low boost?

I guess so. I'm not really sure what that is. It's def a flutter but I can't tell if it's coming out the bov or intake filter.

It sounds like compressor surge. Do you have any adjustment settings with your BOV?

Ummm damn that might be a little hard to do. The only way I can think of to get a good vid is to lift up the front end on Jack stands and do a 1st through 4th shift. I'll try and get that tomorrow after I get outta work. My boy has the same bov but on a zpi kit and his doesn't flutter as much but I know the size of the turbo plays a part in how much flutter you get.

also having a little hole in the vac line going to the bov will make it worse.

Stock is 10.8 so it's basically stock... Yes they should fit in back too but it would change the rear offset and you would loose your parking brake (Not a big deal for me but might be for you)

My HKS flutters like mad at low boost... Nothing seems to fix it I think it's just that the HKS doesn't work well at low boost.

I'll check for that as well seeing as though its the same vacuum line that you sent with it lol.

Yeah I was concerned on if the caliper itself would fit back there. How would i loose my ebrake? I'm not a big fan of parking in gear as i feel it puts a lot of stress on the tranny especially when i park on hills. Sorry for all the questions its just that i'm really considering this option. I can't afford a 2k big brake kit so i'm willing to be the guinea pig and give this setup a shot.

Yeah under low boost it flutters like crazy. Isn't that bad for the turbo? How is the greddy bovs with flutter?

You don't actually need to replace the rear brakes and having a 4 pot caliper up front should be more than enough stopping power. The reason you would lose the rear parking brake is because you have to remove it completely if you change out the rear hub. The parking brake is like a drum setup that is inside the rear disc brake (I think, I have never actually messed with it). All kits for the Scion are front brake kits only except the Powerslot rotor upgrade. I would love to see how those generic brakes perform, I wanted to upgrade to them but the lack of money right now is preventing me.

It isn't a life or death situation to have some compressor surge, but it isn't good either. The only BOV I have seen (or read about) that can handle low boost well is the Synapse BOV.

Alright guys finally got that sound clip of the flutter.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuNn7KQ9tbg

While i was at it i decided to take a few more vids. Here's what the exhaust before i modded it. All it had was a 4 or 6 inch vibrant resonator.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJYplTH233s

Here it is after i added a 20 inch resonator and 20 inch cherry bomb glass pack muffler

Just a few 2nd and a little bit of 3rd gear pulls
