hmmmmm....maybe when i had it it was sticking or i had a leak someplace near it but it got louder the higher you turned it up. well does it raise boost pressure?

Yeah i remember a hissing sound when i installed it on pierres car but now i'm not getting it. Could it just have stopped working? I haven't really messed with it other than just hooking it up. I'm afraid of over boosting seeing as though i'm not fully tuned yet. I'll give it a try when i get out of work and see if the boost raises past 7psi.

12 is ok mang...if it starts heading leaner then back off the throttle. speaking of boost controllers ima snag one that only costs about $5....hehehe...ima try my hand at making my own, just need to grab two fittings monday.

Nice. That's a crazy deal. I got scared cause it was climbing. By the time I got off it was at 12.8

hey is it possible to still get a p0335 code after the resistor mod? I had that code come on after I did the test pulls. I cleared it and it hasn't come back on just though it was weird.

yeah thats getting a little too lean, needs a touch of fuel.

as far as the code goes there are two things to look into, first check to make sure the resistor on the crank isnt loose or burned out, if you find everything is good with the resistor try removing it and see if it helps.

btw how much boost did you get at that afr?

K I'll check the resistors to makes sure they're on good. I soldered them in so I hope they stayed in place.

Off the wastegate I was holding boost at 6-7 psi consistant. Once I turned on the boost controller and turned it 4 clicks clockwise I was holding 8 psi consistant. So in other word I was at 8 psi

Ok guys quick update...

Today so far has been a great day. Got on the road at 5am to head out to ptuning. Got there at 10:30. Car got on dyno at around 11:15 and a base run was done which came out to 225whp at 7psi. After a little touch up he was able to get it to 234whp off the same psi. Once everything checked out he increased the boost. So my final numbers as of 1:30pm are 279.5whp and 264.7wtq at 10psi

Thanks. I'm most definitely having fun. I was having fun before but now the car feels amazing. I was really aiming for 300 lol but kinda ran out of fuel... Damn 550s and stock return-less system. But honestly i'm happy with the 280. Car hauls **** like its life depended on it lol.

Dude none of this would've been possible if it weren't for you and the other guys on here.

Btw i asked Toan what he thinks that size turbo was and based on the specs he said its def bigger than a 50 trim but can't really say what trim it is exactly. He def said that it has potential to make a lot more power.

So we got back on the road at 3:30PM to head back to NY and ended up getting caught in 2 1/2 hours of traffic in Baltimore as we did no more than 10mph... very very painful 2 1/2 hours... Damn stage 3. My GPS had an estimated arrival time of 7:45PM once i had set it to return home but thanks to Baltimore i didn't make it home until 10:15PM

During that 2 hours of traffic i decided to get off an exiting cause i needed to use the bathroom and in doing so i ended up getting lost a bit and ended up on a street that has gimongous bumps that literally come out of nowhere... So i ended up going over one a little faster than expected and i ended bottoming out scrapping my Spipe and piercing a hole in my flex pipe. So now my AFRs at idle are completely outta whack due to this hole in my flex pipe. Under regular driving and even under full boost everything is perfect. Luckily for me i had purchased a flex pipe that i was going to put on TTs Spipe but that setup didn't fit so i'mma drop of the car to my mechanic tomorrow to have him weld on the new flex pipe. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.

I'll post up vids and dyno sheet tomorrow. I need to try and force myself to sleep seeing as though i had a total of 4 energy drinks today.
