My thoughts and situation:

I ask up front how long and still was told 4-6 weeks which turned into 8 months from order date.

I was told thousands of times my parts were in the mail (must have been a lot of returned mail back to TT)

I was also told multiple times my parts were at the coaters but when I got them nothing and I do mean nothing was coated nor did it fit right or "bolt up". Did the definition of bolt up change to "will require lots of modification for item to fit once I state its "bolt up"

This is as basic of a description I can give for my situation there at hundreds of details left out.

Now if I have him pick it up will you refund me the shipping charge or can you give it to him so that he can ship it for me?

I also texted him twice lastnight but still no reply.

My friend was really willing to go pick it up and I had no problem sending him money for packaging and shipping. I sense a lot of BS from him and it's not cool. Not to be rude to anyone else on here but if you pay someone 6k for a kit while others are paying 2-4k for an easier kit why not get the harder one out the way first. That's just my .2 cents. By far the worst experience in my life thus far.

If you bought your kit on his site you could claim it as internet fraud. Your local police department should have an electronic fraud department. You NEED to get with them on this.

Ive talked to others regarding this whove had issues with him - you need to look into something called the Mail Order RUle - basically it says the shipper must give you a ship date and ship by that date - if unable to do so they MUST offer a full refund including shipping. there is also much more to it i suggest doing research on this. This can get you in ALOT of trouble with the FTC if you dont comply with this.
