Just get your money back. You're legally entitled to it. It doesn't matter what Todd says about not having the money, you ARE entitled to getting your money back. If he actually doesn't have the money, then it looks like he's going to have to go into debt.

Don, I don't think this is a Ponzi Scheme, I just don't think Todd has the slightest clue how to operate a business. From the looks of how almost every transaction that occurred on these forums, Todd collects the money THEN uses that money to create the kit. Tie that in with some personal financial situations (the lawsuit he talked about) and the fact that you owe multiple people thousands of dollars in parts...and you've got yourself in quite a bind.

yeah this is pretty ridiculous, i love TT's kits and all but he has time to make a twin turbo for sum1 else yet this guys been waiting for 2 years and has yet to receive anything. ridiculous, id call the credit card or bank company and get the money back

I don't see why everyone is in love with his kits. Sure they look good out of the box, but 3 months down the road when the coating starts to dull down, chip and get some discoloration, it just looks bad. Plus the new TT logo that's welded on everywhere looks terrible. He blatantly ripped off PTuning with the cutout in the manifold on that twin-turbo setup AND its not even centered, it's off by more than enough to notice it with just a quick glance. And that intercooler just looks retarded. I mean seriously, how could anyone honestly say this looks good. It looks like he put one on as an afterthought and realized it looked out of place, so he threw another on.



All that, plus fitment issues, plus horribly routed piping (the first gen simple kit was so bad that everyone ruined their coldside piping because it was 3" lower than the jack point on the car).

I stood by him long enough hoping things would turn around, but they just got worse and worse.

Oh and in before the "don't talk about things when you don't know the whole story" excuse.

I contacted my bank this morning and they said that they wouldn't be able to help me out because of the time frame...... They said that i waited to long to file the complaint and that i would have to take it up with corporate and then from there contact my local PD.

I have every receipt printed and saved along with every conversation saved since day one.
