if your kit is almost done i think he should be shipping stuff already, thats how usually todd does it.. like 2-3 boxes, 1 big box costs more on shipping.. but yeah he needs to show you stuff, even a picture of your kit at least

sadly, I think he is never getting his kit.

I have a feeling that Todd is waiting for someone else to order a kit, pay him, and use that money to build Christians kit.

Subsequently, the guy who ordered the kit would have to then wait as long as Christian.

I'm just bumping it because Todd went to UPS last week to ship out Weezy's part, so if he had the parts that he said he had, he would have been able to ship them out.

umm it is worth it 6k in damages not to mention 2 yrs of aggrivation and interest, completely worth it. right now the guy has 0$ back from waht he spent on the kit, even if the lawyer charges an amount he's bound to have money back no matter what better then 0

Have you thrown the Lawsuit possibility into the conversation at all? Id like to hear his response to that.
You should definitely take a trip there, heck, grab a Standby Plane Ticket for real cheap and head out there.
What would be great, which would probably never happen though, is SL striking against TT and not buy anything until this is resolved.
