IMO...

145 (stock) - 200 = stock plugs
200-275 = 1-step colder
275-350 = 2-step colder
350+ = Good luck.

For what it's worth, I have been waiting for the last 14+ mths and still counting (ZPI replacement manifold). The last PM sent to me from Todd was on 2/3/09. He said my manifold was ready to ship and needed to confirm my shipping address. Confirmation sent immediately and no news ever since...

Go figure

Any updates would have been appreciated but apparently it's not his style.

You guys are amazing....

Your post should be written like this....

Ordered a SIMPLE kit from Todd in december.

I couldn't afford to purchase the kit all at once so Todd and I worked out a payment plan.

Took me 4 months to pay for 50% of the kit...

Then 3 months later I changed my mind and decided to cancel the kit.

Even though the terms of any payment plas are no cancellations for refunds....

I still want my money back.

Sorry, I just get a little tired of you guys making me out to be some scam artist and that I am just sitting here doing nothing.

I have been screwed over too many times already by allot of your peers.

Because of those individuals is why things are the way they are.

Regards-

Todd

i have to say though, you are one of the most patient persons i've ever seen, now i don't know the underlining circumstances and who knows if there are any...well you and todd do but we don't.

in any case, i'm just saying, thanks for not cluttering up sl with threads complaining

Hey Todd just so you know. I've let out all my frustration as you have already seen in previous post, so now im just waiting on you. I know you're doing what you have to do to get these remaining kits out.

I'm looking forward to it

i understand were he is coming from. i couldnt afford the rest of my kit since im going to school full time and the job i had that worked with my odd hours just laid me off due to this crap economy. so now i have to save up my pennies to finish my kit but thank god i dont have much more to go. todd has been patient enough with me thats why im patient with him. he was the only one willing to help me piece the rest of my kit together by looking at pics i have sent him online. so thanks todd. i know you just had a kid and your still taking time from your day to help a member out. ill throw as much business your way as i can since im satisfied with what i got so far.

I'm not trying to make you out to be a bad guy. If i ask for a refund i can obviously relate to tough times. BUT when you say december you should say the year I ordered it. My first receipt is for 1/1/08 which means i ordered my kit in december of 2007.2 0 0 7. I sent you an email for a refund on 5/17/2008. Now lets think about this. Yes I appreciate very much that you would set up a payment plan but dont make it sound like you went so out of your way for me to give you MY money. I didn't change my mind, my circumstances changed, as Im sure you can relate. Im not trying to stir up the poop, but cmon. Its very convient you tell people (at least me) that there are no refunds on payment plans when I cancel the kit, not when we set it up. Do i think your a scam artist? No. you put out some of the best kits out there. Do i think your shipping/customer service is slower then snot. Yes. I'm not alone in thinking this either so you tell me that YOUR customers are making you out to be the bad guy. Please by all means tell me if any of this is inaccurate. If anybody asks me about you my reply would be top notch kits but expect to wait. Awhile.

I cant stress enough that im not trying to give you a bad name for no reason or whatever but if you asked 1000 people how long they would wait for a refund i doubt the % of ppl that say i'd love to wait a year would be slim. Ive never posted anything about this since it was between you and I until now. Ask yourself this, would you as a customer wait that long todd? what would you do?
