This is so messed up. As disappointed as i was and still am i understood and i was willing to wait for him to payoff my turbo and wgs but he in return was supposed to send me all my other stuff. I sent him $90 to cover for shipping seeing as though he said he didn't have the money and yet still nothing has shipped out?!?!?! WTF is up with that?

He was supposed to deliver my sponsored battery that I got from nolimitz to my work on Friday and make a payment to me but did not show up...He was supposedly at the doctors all day for a messed up big toe...He texted me a photo of his toe to prove it...I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt but what i found ironic was it was on the day I gave him before I filed a police report with the City that he lives in...You see, I am a local police officer here in the greater Phoenix area and have been for almost 20 years...I'm not the kind of guy to be messing around with and I'm not gonna sit back and let anyone get away with this kind of stuff either...If he does not come through by the end of this week, I will be headed to Mesa to file a report...I feel for you Cwatz and hope everything works out for you...

Thanks man. I hope everything works out for you as well. I'm very close to contacting my family lawyer again but this time to actually tell him to go ahead and begin taking legal action. He sent me a text today saying that my stuff was boxed and ready to go but he ran out of time Friday and that it'll ship tomorrow. Not once did he mention anything about his injury. Hmmm . Well we shall see what happens tomorrow.
