yeah it is but what makes it worse is the lack of communication.
Their is no lack of communication.

It will ship as soon as I can make that happen, until then what you want me to do?

If you guys want I can update you everyday.....with its not shipping today.

If that helps, I will do that.

Regards-

Todd

It's not just on the shipping. If neither of us made any effort in contacting you on a regular basis we probaly wouldn't have a clue as to what our status is and even when we eventually get a response I feel that it maybe questionable.

I've been real patient and you know that. Like I said before this is not a bashing thread in anyway shape or form. I was just expressing how I felt and ment no harm by it. Obviously you make a great product if not i would've never purchased from you.

It went pretty well, i only ran into problems installing my motor mounts and downpipe. When you get your kit, prepare about 3 days of 5-8 hours of work (including runs to the store) to get everything done. I should be finishing up the car this weekend by bolting up the new dp and the rest of my exhaust system. Pics and vids on sunday hopefully.

i'm not familiar with how a twin scroll operates, but i'm going to assume its like every other turbo setup out there and say don't drop the hammer until you get it tuned. Make sure you get gaskets for the turbo and for the dp. teflon/rtv everything, make sure nothing leaks. ect

the gaskets arent included for the turbo?
Chris-

you will have these gaskets:

Divided turbo gasket from turbo to manifold

Oil feed flange gasket (will be installed already)

Oil Drain flange gasket (will be installed already)

There is not a turbo to dp gasket as your dp is v-band flanged.

**and after Kevins fiasco all new dp's are all v-band flanged**

Regards-

Todd

Well, you PMéd me on 3rd Feb saying my mani was ready to ship, just needed to confirm my shipping address which was immediately replied.

So what have you done since then till now which is 7th April???

Does it take 2 months to ship out a mani? I have no mani or tracking no. since then.

Just in case you want to spew the "oh complain about 1 year wait but don't show the other side of the story"bs, maybe I should do a snap screen shot of your PM and post it up for all to see and judge for themselves.

I'm getting tired after 15 mths of waiting on a ZPI replacement mani. Seems its all lies and more to come to justify further delivery delays.

And please do not suggest stupid resolutions like "oh, I can refund you if you want but only after I have sold your mani....."

It's either you refund the full amount to my Paypal account IMMEDIATELY (take someone else's deposit to pay me) or ship out my ZPI replacement manifold IMMEDIATELY.

I will not be played by you just because I'm overseas and allow you to take liberties to do as you please.

Don't f*u*c*k with me Todd. I have been very sincere from the start of Dec 07 and extremely patient throughout this whole time from 20 Jan 08 to 7 April 09.

I'm beginning to understand why my name was seldom mentioned in your posted o/s list of due deliveries... because I pose no threat to you based on geographical locale. This is unethical business practice.

Am I the ONLY o/s ZPI replacement order left unattended and its ship out date depends on your mood of the day?

It's ready to ship but not shipped?? Where's the logic in this?

once you get your kit check how big the orifice of the fitting.. an oil restrictor should have a very small hole prolly just like a hole from a big needle
